Well, I missed out on the release of the True Blue OG JORDAN Retro 1. I’ve myself have never owned a pair, and I felt that this pair was a must. I did see that due to the fact that so many new Jordan releases were coming out. A lot of Jordans are actually still sitting on storage shelves, unfortunately here in Connecticut, where I live, they did not have my size so I went online to try to see who had them and for whatever reason those stores that they have them online did not have my size 8 in stock. so I came across tops and bottoms online and I saw that they had an Instagram page as well as I follow a lot of sneaker heads and in the sneaker community and I saw that some of the people that I follow actually made purchases with them previously and so I felt kind of content and a little bit reassured granted that again they are based out of Chicago. I live in Connecticut, so the potential of their being scammers is very high nowadays I did reach out to them and I spoke with somebody on a live chat who reassured me that they’re 100% authentic and real shoes and apparel that they sell they do not sell any fakes. I still decided to do a little bit more research before I went ahead and made any purchases and once I read everything about them restarts a sneaker has who have made purchases I really felt confident that my money was going to be well spent and given something that is good quality . At the moment I had not received any shipment information and so I felt that I should reach out to somebody and sure enough within maybe a minute or so from actually reaching out to them a representative named William was actually very kind enough to give me a call and speak with me directly to inform me of the situation, and to reassure me that everything is taken care of and what was the problem going on obviously something that does not deal with them, but rather the UPS . At the very moment I am very content with their customer service. I feel that customer service is a big part of making purchases nowadays because if you don’t get a good customer service experience, you definitely will not go back to them so at the very moment I feel satisfied I’m just waiting to receive my shipping information as to when I will receive my sneakers and hopefully once I get them, I can go ahead and still check them out as anybody always does and I will then go ahead and make another review on them. Granted, everything checks out well I think that they have been around for quite a long time and have been servicing the community for many many decades so far so I deafly will be doing more business with them once I receive my sneakers , thank you so much William I do appreciate your help. Truly appreciate it.
