We had a good experience once we were able to pay our bill. We did get the bill late & went to Tampa to pay before the due date but when we went into the building we were told by security that we needed the name of an agent to get access so we could pay our bill. we had no name & were denied access. I did send it in the mail & all was good but I like to make my payments on time. Hope to be able to make online payments soon.

Insurance was canceled because the modular doesn't have skirting yet. It was removed while I build a wrap around deck. No contact from Topline since. Read these canned 5 star reviews and decide for yourself if they seem legit. "My agent, xxx" over and over. Or "we will review" but no one has come back to edit their poor ratings.

Was a client of a Fort Myers agency for 7 years and insured with same company. I have a credit score of 850. I never missed a premium payment until February of this year when a series of health issues hospitalized me. As recovery and rehab was long I missed the premium due date by two weeks. The insurer deemed that the policy had lapsed and returned to me the annual premium check I sent to pay. The local agent was not supportive claimed the cancellation is required by State law when a policy lapsed. Local agent said she would shop for another insurer. And she did. The proposed policy had a premium of over $7,000 and no credit for wind mitigation. Neverless I expanded my search and Chelsa Cerge from Top Line found a policy with the same premium of my previous policy ($1,900) and with a higher replacement value. She was most responsive and I enjoyed working with her. As far as my old agent, by them trying to sell me what appears to be a sub-prime policy, my other business (auto, umbrella) will go elsewhere.

Don’t use them. They are a scam. They will write a policy with all correct documentation. Then bill you directly after your house purchase. They tried to cancel us for over 600$. Never notified the bank only billed us. Good thing the bank had escrow to pay from. They are terrible.

The experience was good because they found me a more affordable home 8bsursnce. However my mortgage escalated from extremely high insurance. I am looking forward to a review in June for a less home owners insurance premium.
