Added someone on to my policy without my consent. When I called about the issue, the young lady I spoke to was very unprofessional and rude.

We do not recommend
We had insurance with TopLine for many years, went to renew and the underwriter after 3 months cancelled the insurance. We were left with no insurance, and the agent disappeared, dropped the case and never assisted us. Very disappointing after so many years with the company.

The communication and follow up with…
The communication and follow up with sales person is not good … The price quoted and agreed upon is not the price that was quoted … My mortgage company is being billed for amounts after the premium is was paid without any notifications and explanations to me (until after the fact on one occasion and nothing as of today on the second. … The process with the salesperson Kelly was not the optimally desirable… the contract has to be resubmitted, information communicated was not clear; as documents had to be submitted and resubmitted on quite a few instances… I am having to spend too much time monitoring this account for errors; time i can spend attending to other important matters.. I need this matter resolved (the extra billing) with full explanation of both charges. i need the funds allocated to monarch outside of what was quoted, returned to me or the mortgage company immediately…

Had a rep for a year who was great
Had a rep for a year who was great, but he suddenly departed (quit) on the day we were adding additional coverage. I was given a second agent and he was OK, until we had a claim and he was not helpful at all!

Cancel two insurance with minor issues
I originally had 3 properties with you, 2 of them were failed home initial inspections and were cancelled. The issue is that you don’t allow me to fix the issue, and I had to find another insurance.

Got an email about a mandatory exterior…
Got an email about a mandatory exterior inspection. Stressed me out. Called. Told I would be contacted with a date. Basically being TOLD when I’d have an inspection. I have to work. Just like you all do. I can’t be “told” when people would be entering my property. Even after I had to rush taking pictures,sending them in,etc. I understand the inspection was mostly because my roof was old. Except due to poor communication no one realized I already got a new roof. I’m fine with following requests. But if I follow through I expect the company I’m paying over a grand to,to do the same.
