Not a great first impression
Long story but agent that signed me up with a new policy didn't communicate well during the process. Two months later I was finally able to get issue resolved by a customer service agent. He was awesome. Rob Winger I believe was his name. Empathetic, professional and followed through.

From the first time i called Topline…
From the first time i called Topline Insurance I was taken very good care of. Jose Rojas was very professional and kind and was able to give us Homeowner's Insurance in a timely manner. I was very appreciative of his service.

People's Trust Now Topline-Do Not Trust
People's Trust Insurance is not renewing my policy because of "claims". I have been with them for 7 years and called in 3 times: Irma in 2017 because a few shingles came off my roof; I had it fixed.. 2nd-time the same thing. The 3rd time I thought my roof was leaking in the garage but the water had come in through the door of the garage during extremely heavy rain. They told me it was not covered and the man suggested getting a new door and possibly fixing the bottom part of the doorway. Because it was listed under "water" I am not renewed? They told me if there is "1" listing under water any insurance company can decide to "Not renew" your insurance. Topline said they'd find another company for me. I was paying 1788.00 a year; Topline found someone for 8800.00 a year. Wow, Thanks Topline when I win Powerball I'll sign right up.
