Scam company! Do not buy from them. Poor quality glasses and lens and very unprofessional.

I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses from TOPFOXX. I ended up wanting to return 2 pairs so I went to their website and returned within 14 days as their website states. This is not accurate. They wanted confirmation sent so I emailed it to them and had paid the return shipping from Canada. They asked me if they could give me a store credit Instead I said no. then they asked if they could give me money for 1 and store credit for the other I said no and they finally agreed to the refund. After many horrendous emails of them Saying they couldn’t get confirmation from the shipping dept. I got fed up and filed a dispute with my credit card company and they gave me my money back right away after I explained the situation. This is the only way !! TOPFOXX is quick to take your money but does not honour the return policy. Avoid this company at all costs !! Edit: TOPFOXX flagged my review and I had to send proof of experience to trust pilot in order to keep it up. Clearly just a way to clear their name from bad reviews. Don’t fall for the cute or stylish designs the proof is in the pudding. Just confirms they are a dishonest company.

Took FOREVER to ship and then my item never arrived. By that time, I just wanted a refund. They would not refund - they get 2 stars because they offered to replace but I didn't want to wait another 90 days. They do not take responsibility for their product after it leaves their hands. PayPal rejected my claim since they had proof of delivery, although I never received.

Love love love them! One did come broken and I’m waiting for them to answer me about replacing them but the other two I absolutely LOVE! I’ve never spent “extra money” on sunglasses I’d just buy cheap gas station ones. I finally took the plunge and said, “okay I’ll invest in a GOOD/EXPENSIVE pair of sunglasses.” HOLY COW! Am I ever so glad that I did! They actually stay on your face and are a bit snug on the head which I LOVE and the light doesn’t come through like I thought it would! Great job! HATS OFF (or should I say SUNGLASSES OFF LOL) to TopFoxx!!!!

I have bought several pairs of both sunnies and blue blockers. I love them. Yes, it takes about a week to get them. Yes, their customer service is online and email. It can take more than a day for someone to get to you. BUT they can be contacted via social media like Facebook which tends to be faster. I did have one time where my order took longer. That was in July BUT they are based in NY and it was almost at the height of pandemic for them. Cut them some slack people. I was probably a pain in the rear asking about my order but they were never rude. I had to return one pair and I paid for the return and got my money back. Just stay on top of it! People complaining about returns and lag time in delivery are not taking the time to read the website. Stop being lazy.

I have been trying to reach out to someone from TopFoxx to make an exchange on a pair of sunglasses that I purchased a few weeks ago. I have yet to hear back and can’t find a phone number to call and speak with anyone. The glasses are nice but too big. Regardless of the quality, I will not be purchasing again from this company with such horrible customer service.

it did take 2 weeks during the pandemic but then again my amazon package also took 2 weeks.. Really love the rosegold Candy and Coco tortoise, don't think I ever felt so excited to wear a pair of glasses lol

I love the style of the brand in general, the sunnies aren't like any other company. Love the blue light blockers, the Stella Clear are my favorites, these helped a lot during this time as I'm now working at home, and it has helped with eyestrain and headaches y used to have. The quality is great (both sunnies and blue light), the only thing I see as a negative is that the shipment took longer than usual, due to the current situation. Other than that, I love the eyewear they sell, I'm always checking when they launch new styles as they sell out quickly what I actually want.
