Only one complaint. I absolutely love the smaller frames!!! However, they still constantly slide down my nose. Very aggravating. Other than that, they are top notch, high quality, very classy looking sunglasses.

I do not know why it’s impossible to leave this company a review on Google? This is the only place I can find the leave a review for that company. As far as the sunglasses, months ago I bought the smaller frame Bella gold and I loved them. They fit my face perfectly including being tight enough which is often a problem for me. So I decided later to buy those same frames but in the purple lenses. Those came and fit completely differently, very loose, AND the nose piece was broken. I had bought these to take on a vacation and hadn’t planned for them to arrive broken so I emailed the company and explained I was on a tight timeline, and I was a repeat customer and they had sent me broken glasses. They did email a return shipping label but refused to send a replacement until they RECEIVED the broken ones back (I had also supplied a photo of the sunglasses so they could see exactly how they were broken). I told them if they did this, the sunglasses would arrive while I was on my month-long trip. They did not care at all. I am writing this review from my trip and I just got notification that the replacement sunglasses have finally shipped. I had even sent them a photo of them boxed for shipping and a receipt from the drop off at FedEx and STILL they would not ship the replacement. This is a ridiculous policy, I could understand if I was returning because I wanted to exchange for another pair but for this to be their mistake and to charge $85 for a $10 pair of sunglasses (I used to sell sunglasses myself and I know how cheap they actually are, $10 is being generous), I can’t believe they would refuse to send a replacement until receiving the broken $10 sunglasses. This will be the last order they get from me. I expected more from a “woman-owned” business. I am sure I was only ever communicating with AI, no way to reach an actual human with some interpersonal skills and discernment.

The sunglasses are worth the price and very good quality, however I have made returns to this company twice and both times was just way too much of a process. Very long process and you have to babysit throughout the whole return, ask for a return, ask if they received it, ask for your refund.

Love the Bellas!! The shipping took a little bit but it was worth the wait. Quality is fantastic.

I was disappointed with these sunglasses. They are very cute and stylish, but they do not block the sun well at all. The lenses are too bright, and I found myself squinting even while wearing them. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide the sun protection I was expecting. I really wanted to love them because of how they look, but their performance fell short.

I like all the glasses. ordered FOUR mystery pair and THREE of them were identical. I like the shades but why did yall have to send me 3 of the same mystery glasses. I was really excited when I saw that my package came but wound up super disappointed that I got three of the same shades as my mystery gifts. I was really looking forward getting a variety of crazy cool shades and didn’t.

Broke within a month of wear.

Loved the product. Paid extra for express 1-2 day shipping and it arrived in 7 days! Could not reach anyone at topfoxx!
