I would not even give this company a star. The customer service is NONEXISTENT!!!! I have been trying to cancel my order for the passed 4 days and NO Response and apparently the glasses will be delivered tomorrow I am not happy I will never use or buy from these people again!!!

Had a bad experience on Topfoxx. I purchased an original price of sunglasses, delivered on time and i returned the package on the next day to post office. Sent them tracking information to return department through email. It's been over 6 weeks and i still did not receive my refund. Emailed them a few times asking for status to return department and they never reply. It's very disappointing and i will not recommend to anyone. Filing a dispute!
