What an excellent cover
What an excellent cover. It arrived with one small dent, which was on the underside. Not a big deal. The shipping took a bit longer than expected. The product is fantastic and somewhat easy to install. The instructions could have been a bit better. I still rate it a 5. I contacted customer service due to a screw missing. They are very professional and helpful. I will do business with them again, if I need more of their products. Super customer service and a great asset to the customers.

bought a $900 BAK Revolver X2 Tonneau Cover. It was delivered with zero hardware in the box. I sat on hold for over an hour waiting for customer service and got nobody. Finally got an online chat to answer me. They said they have taken a ticket number and I will get a call from a rep in a few days. Are you kidding me? Thats the support you'll get if they mess up your $900 order like they did mine. Good luck.

Backordered at BAK and lost by FedEx but finally received
It took a couple of weeks for the cover to become available due to a back order at BAK. Once that was settled, the cover was shipped right away via FedEx. FedEx admitted they lost the cover half way to my destination somewhere in Ohio. I got in touch with tonneaucovered.com and they tracked it down and it was delivered that week!
