TonneauCovered.comReviews of tonneaucovered.com

They were super helpful, gave great advice on different covers. Price is unbeatable and fast shipping.

I ordered a Retrax Pro MX retractable cover from TonneauCovered.com after doing quite a bit of research and talking to my forum friends who had positive experiences with them. When the tonneau arrived, the rails unfortunately were not the right type (I ordered it with the stake pocket cutouts for use with my bed cage). Being a weekend I figured I'd just call and leave a message and to my surprise...the customer service team texted me back immediately to confirm what the issue was! Shaun was great and understood exactly what the mixup was and connected me with Katleen, who got it all squared away in a matter of minutes! Overall I'm extremely happy with the excellent customer service and unbeatable prices, you guys definitely earned my business now and in the future!

I had a great experience with TonneauCovered. I worked with Peter, who was patient and helpful, as well as quick to answer my million questions. He helped me navigate differences between similar covers I was considering, and ultimately helped me quickly place my order. The pricing cannot be beat. I paid $200 less all said and done than I would have anywhere else. When I got my cover, there was damage to the rail from shipping. Kathleen and the support staff helped me quickly file a claim and within 48 hours they were able to schedule a completely new cover to be sent to me. They also provided easy-to-follow instructions for how to handle the damaged cover. I would absolutely purchase from them again!

Now this is a follow on from a previous review. First the order process was greatly enhanced my the CS rep and then I ordered the product. It came fairly quick and the install was very easy. After a few weeks I noticed a defect and contact the CS and after a few emails and pictures they replaced my cover. Very satisfied with product and service. My background is manufacturing and I understand things happen when things are made. The real story here is how they took care of it. After showing them the issue, there was an immediate “ we will fix that problem and send you another one” That is customer service, that is how you do it. This is truly a company that I will come back to and one that I will recommend.
