Submitted my email address to get a price on a specific bed cover. 1st canned reply - no price as promised! Just a bunch of hard sell tactics to get me to call them. I replied, I just wanted the promised quote. Another canned reply - with no quote. Tried one last email. Got another canned email saying I should contact them. I unsubscribed. 4 weeks later, I'm still getting canned emails from this guy Shaun! I explained I already bought a cover from another company and I unsubscribed. The emails keep coming. Any company that replies on lousy, sales tactics will eventually fail (I can only hope). This is not a large company. It is one guy drop shipping covers. You can do better if you shop around!

They sent me a mix matched set up for power truck steps refused to help me lied about what happened they lied to paypal in the dispute threatened me if I didn't remove the dispute terrible company that employs terrible shady people and will burn you at any chance they get then blame you.

VERY shady. Had to email to get prices and they wouldnt send me the prices on what I asked for - instead just sent me very pricy options instead of the 2 I asked for. REPEATEDLY had to send my truck info and what I wanted and STILL didnt get it. I think they might sell your information as well - they wanted me to send a receipt from the other company I bought from and theyd give me a $5 account credit - LOL no

Pathetic excuse for shipping box. Arrived damaged and a 4th grader can do a better job of packaging this product.

They'll take your money and never ship the cover. You'll have to dispute the charge to get your money back. Then you'll continue to get emails asking if you like your cover, or if anything went wrong, and what they can to to fix it. It will even have the "owners" name on it. But when you email the"owner" he never replies. Just spend the extra money and buy it from a real company.

After 3 weeks of endless excuses as to why my order didn’t ship, I cancelled my order. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to refund my money. Save yourself time and energy and order from someplace else.

I had to battle with your customer service department to get the right tonneau cover which took for ever, then I had to battle to get a refund too....
