Awful!! Do not buy from here. I ordered a dress, size S but should say M. Awful quality, sides stitched with different material, nothing matched up, see through & threads hanging off all over. Can't trust return to China or that I'd ever get a refund. They clearly dont accept returns or refunds, they offer you part refund but your still out of pocket.

Poor quality, ordered a shirt in XL and it was so small, in fact it would probably fit a small child. No way to send back and no reply after multiple emails. Avoid at all cost.

SCAM. Order a shirt, large it was more like a small. Quality was is crap. Will not give a refund,KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.

AVOID this company!! I placed an order and cancelled it the same day via email, in line with their stated cancellation policy. However, they didn’t respond until two days later, at which point they claimed the order had already been dispatched and refused to cancel or issue a refund. Complete scam. Customer service has not acknowledged any fault or addressed the delay in responding to my cancellation request and maintain their position of refusal to refund the money. I’ve now had to initiate a chargeback through my bank. This is a company who basically steal people’s money, don’t go anywhere near them! If you have made a recent order with this appalling company and been refused a refund, raise a transaction chargeback request with your bank and get them to reverse it to get your money back from these scammers!

In November 2025, I purchased a mens jacket from Tom Hollinger. When it arrived, it was far to small ( childs size), so I tried to return it. Despite promises of a refund, my money was never refunded. They sent me emails in English and German in an attempt to hide the fact that the company is based in China. The communication that I received was dreadful. I have lost the £67 that the jacket cost, plus considerable postal charges. Avoid them at all cost. A terrible experience.
