Such bad service, never received my goods although money taken, and no contact received back

Total scam website. Refuse to answer any communications. Don’t honour their own cancellation policy, have no proper details about returning goods and if you are luck to get hold of them base on other reviews expect you to return at own cost. AVOID. They are not who they advertise to be.

Order never arrived, despite the company claiming they sent it a second time. Our address is not difficult to find and we generally dont have any problems with deliveries. I notice lots of reviews say the same which makes me think this is a scam company. I have contacted the company several times but they claim that their liability has ceased because they have sent it out twice. I would avoid purchasing them.

I’d stupidly ordered this product , which was new to me, without reading reviews. In the end, I was just grateful the horrid item turned up. With the reviews on returns, I just kept it. Pass it to charity shop, although, they may reject it too , My two stars are for the fact it did turn up. The item was very substandard. Terrible quality, and looks tbh, as if it’s been washed too often. Advice-DO NOT BUY

Took about 4 weeks to arrive. Poor quality jacket which cost £69. Not an easy returns process.. asking for photos of item and asking me to let them know when my courier has delivered the item to them!? Cost £23 to return and still awaiting refund .. avoid this company from china with British branding.. very misleading

BEWARE!! Very English branding but product ships and has to return to China. I mistakenly ordered from a similar company, returned the poor quality products and my return got stuck in Chinese customs. The company subsequently disappeared.

Order took 3 weeks to arrive. The products I received look nothing like what was in the photos. They are very poor quality with no labels or anything on them. They look like they have come from Shein. Had to process return at my own expense even though the product was incorrect.
