Paid £69 for a jacket which was supposed to be XXL. Nowhere near that size. At first they offered me a credit and said I could keep the jacket but I explained it was no good. Refused a shipping label so returned at the cost of £26. That was on 14th February. The goods are, apparently, still with customs in China with no sign of them getting to destination. There is something very odd about this and I would advise anyone to steer well clear of this company. I have emailed them so many times but the only response is "we will refund when goods are received at our warehouse" This is a lot of money to just write off but I am at my wits end.

Returns to China Cost More Than The Actual Items So Wish I had Read Returns Before Ordering. Two items ordered for fit thinking a normal Uk return. Both didn't fit as sizes are out. When requested to return it is only then they say it has to be returned to China although they have a UK address. they offer differing discounts for keeping items but if they don't fit, it's useless. AVOID

Dreadful customer service, no communication or tracking details, items still not arrived after 3 weeks. Website gives an address in USA but items ship from China

I ordered a men’s classic knitted sweater. The item came, and it was cheap polyester with no retail label in it. I emailed them asking about a refund and the same as all the other comments on here they wanted me to return it. My advice to anybody who purchases from them and unhappy, email ask for a refund and say item not as described, then save the communication and then go to your bank and ask for a dispute to be put in place and you will get your refund back. They are an absolutely appalling scam company and to be avoided at all cost.

Don’t publish return instructions and then won’t send you them without multiple requests for them - always a bad sign for a company. Seems pretty dodgy

Absolute scam. Do not buy from this site. Ordered a knitted mens sweater with leather elbow patches. Received a cheaply made printed top 12 weeks later. Refund refused without return which costs the same price as the item.

This Company are absolutely dreadful. They must be a scam. Do not order anything from them. Terrible customer services, they just don’t respond to any form of communication. Can’t comment on the quality of their products because i never did receive my order!! Tried contacting them several times to arrange a refund but don’t even get a reply. Wish i’d checked trustpilot before placing my order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
