Scam don't buy . Wrong item (cheap & badly made). Four week wait for item. £39 paid & can't return goods. So no refund.

Tom Hollinger is literally a scam. I ordered a golf dress blue , white and red . The dress did not arrive at all. I have attempted sending emails to them they simply don't return. I have lost a whole £35. Absolutely diabolical do not waste you time folks

Dissatisfied with this purchase and returns is a nightmare. I ended up accepting a 20% refund, (we will see if that ever materialises) I only accepted as there was a lack of trust that they would actually accept my returns the language used in the email didnt fill me with confidence. Do not under any circumstances use this website. Items are sent from China and returns are at your own risk.

Took about 3 months to arrive and item did not fit, contacted them about return and had to pay for return myself and 6 weeks later I have still no refund, when you email them they don’t seem to understand simple detail and give reply unrelated, poor company and should be avoided

The shoes I ordered looked dark blue in the picture, but when they came, they were black. However, when I came to return them and read the policy, you had to send them back to China. Packaged them up, went to the Post Office, but the cost was £28 for postage. No mention of this on the website. Paid £50 for the shoes, so not worth returning. NO CLEAR MENTION OF THIS ON THE WEBSITE, and it looks like the shoes are no longer for sale, so I can't check the colours. Highly recommend not purchasing from this supplier due to returns policy.

Product certainly not 5xl and wouldn't fit a small child let alone an adult say package must be sent back to China £200 I'm not getting back.

Waited 3 weeks on delivery and jogging trousers were terrible, first thing far to small American size large is a UK size xl no description when ordering, trying to return and just gave up, will just put them into a charity shop, poor quality to say the least, I've learnt a lesson I hope?

Absolutely poor quality cardigan. Too small, even when I sized up on the order. Applied for refund within 24 hours according to their terms and conditions and just got a repulsive email back asking to prove I had bought it. They broke their written contract. Even then no refund given. They are based on USA, but ask manufacturers elsewhere to make the thinnest garment possible. Shameful all round.
