Item (men's shirt) was much too small. Company suggested I return it - to China!! They also offered a 20% refund. I won't buy from them again.

What can i say other than, my advice is to never use this site unless you are absolutely positive of what you are getting, because you will not be able to change your mind at any time, despite their terms and conditions. You will not be able to return any item without cost and you dont get what you ordered.

The item received was nothing like the item advertised on their website. The material was dreadful and the style laughable. In January I returned, at my own cost, the item to their warehouse in China. Still not received a refund!! Do not buy anything from Tom Hollinger

This company is awful. They didn’t even send me what I ordered, have charged me for both. Delivery took for ever so I missed my dad’s birthday. Quality of the clothing is poor. They will say they will give you a refund but money never goes into your account! Do not order from them!!!!!!!

I order some clothes for my holiday, they took so long to be delivered that I was already out of the country when they arrived. Apparently they were handed to the homeowner, even though no one was at home. When raised this with customer service they said as it was delivered to me they could do nothing and despite telling them the facts and that they had no proof they still refused to refund me. I have raised a claim with my credit card company. Do NOT Use.

1 star is to generous. The item arrived late, of poor quality and not the same as pictured. I ordered a 2xl the jacket fit me and I'm a size 10. They are not responding to my emails. My next option is going to be trading standards. My advice would be do not buy from this company.

Items took a long time to arrive to the point I was worried nothing would ever turn up, when it did finally arrive there was an item missing. Their customer service team have not dealt with the issue asking me for photos, how can I photograph a missing item! So I am now out of pocket which I will pursue through Mastercard. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from them.

Absolutely do not work with this online provider. Goods never arrive no refunds are made You liaise with AI, not a person. Website great - customer service non existent - clothes never arrve
