Scam site!!! Beware. First time in my life I have fallen for a scam. If its too good to be true then beware!!! All the images look like on hindsight, to be AI generated, I should have known better. I bought my son what was advertised as a 'leather' flying jacket. Looked lovely in the photograph. When it arrived we howled with laughter as when we opened it was some kind of weird synthetic fleecy zip up jacket with a very tatty faux neck strap...wtf!!! and smelled of chemicals!!! First time I've ever been fooled!!!! I have taken photos of the online image and description and then took photos of what we actually received. Please don't be fooled by the AI images and fake descriptions on their website.

Do NOT buy from Tom Hollinger! They market themselves as a UK-based brand, but they operate a deceptive drop-shipping scheme with completely unfair practices. I attempted to cancel my order well within their allowed cancellation window, but they intentionally ignored my request and forcibly dispatched the item anyway. When I stated I would refuse delivery, they used misleading tactics—claiming that if I did not accept the package, it would be scrapped and I would lose my refund entirely. They explicitly convinced me to receive it by promising that I could simply send it back and receive a full refund. When the package arrived, the product was an unbranded, extremely low-grade synthetic material—it felt cheap, sticky, and completely unfit for use. To make matters worse, while I had ordered a Large size and the label even falsely printed "L", the actual item was a tiny Extra Small meant for a child! When I contacted customer support, they didn't take accountability. Instead, they dragged the issue for a month using automated, copy-paste responses, stalled with store coupons, and ultimately provided a return address in Ningbo, China, expecting exorbitant international shipping costs for their defective goods. This is a frustrating and calculated trap designed to wear customers down. I have formally reported these unfair trade practices to the relevant UK authorities. Save your money and shop with legitimate, honest businesses!

Its a Chinese scam shop, all products are bait and switch. Bought leather jacket, what arrived with some plastic waste not even vaguely jacket shaped. Don't fall for the "pay to return it to china" scam, you don't need to pay delivery if its a misleading scam, CHARGE BACK ON YOUR CARD, make sure you have evidence of what you purchased vs what you got.

Diesesmal hat alles gut geklappt. Die Größen fallen allerdings sehr klein aus. ich musste zwei Nummern größer bestellen. Kein Problem, weis man bei der nächsten Bestellung

Purchase in haste on a google search ..that is my excuse for using this bogus ridiculous brand. i should have followed my normal mantra of checking trust pilot,,,but idiot me purchased in haste . Product - medium shirt ... DREAFUL polyester mix, far too shapeless body and ARMS for a 8 year old. I PMSL when i saw it , yes of course i expected Cr-p so just laughed . My Own stupid fault . CONCLUSION: Just another Glossy website for crappy goods,..not even LOW quality - TRY TEMU - they are far far classier !!!!!

My husband ordered two pairs of cargo shorts at £25 each. When they arrived they looked absolutely nothing like the high quality items shown in the photo, but were very poor quality material, and looked like they had been sewn together by a child. He ordered a size 34 and tried them on - couldn't get them over his hips, they would fit a 10 year old. The website is made to look like a high quality website along the lines of Tommy Hilfiger / hollister (Tom Hollinger!!!) but is a Chinese company ( this is not a criticism of Chinese companies or goods in general) with terms and conditions that look according to Chinese laws. These goods are not fit for purpose and if this company was based in the UK it would be easy to get a refund. However, this company requires that you pay the postage to return faulty goods to China, and I have very little confidence that a refund would be forthcoming. This is a scam. I strongly advise other people not to use this company. I wish there was a way to add photos to this review to demonstrate the appalling quality of these shorts.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Absolute Crooks Bought swimming trunks which when arrived were see-through Customer service has been shocking. I have lost 40 quid

AVOID - a con of a company. Goods arrived, too small so sizing clearly an issue. The returns policy is incredibly difficult, made purposely so to dissuade you from returning items. Complained & received an offer of a 30% refund for items that had barely been out of the package, but I would also have the pleasure of PAYING to return them. An absolute rip off and appalling customer service- don Be conned by them!!
