Do NOT order from this company. They sent me the wrong dress and then expected me to pay expensive international return shipping to China for a mistake THEY made. Their “solution” was to offer me a 20% refund on a £35 order which is only £7, while keeping an item I never ordered in the first place. The whole process feels incredibly misleading. After reading other reviews, it honestly seems like this happens to customers regularly: wrong items get sent, then people are pressured into accepting tiny partial refunds because the return process is so unreasonable and expensive. Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous, and customer service just repeats the same scripted responses instead of taking responsibility. I genuinely wish I had checked the reviews more carefully beforehand. Learn from my mistake and avoid ordering from this company.

Literal false advertisement on their site. The "quality" they provide with final product shipped not in the same universe from the one seen on the website. I would ban such website from existence. Ridiculous how garbage the quality is.

Took over 5 weeks for delivery. Poor quality shoes. Customer services unless. Please stay away from this company!!!

When you land on Tom Hollinger page and you see they are USA, you don't mind buying their product. The moment you get what's suppose to be tracking you know something is wrong, so I got a refund from my bank, the so called shoes came direct from China, no proper logo on the shoes, the sides hand painted like a child and one side not painted, frayed shoe laces, the rubber soles fraying. When we sent photos of the shoes which did come from China. We were told no refund, we need to pay for the shoes to be sent back to China they give us a 100% discount and order another pair and the fake shoes fit for no purpose we give them as a present to family or friends, the audacity. What do they think we are tramps, when people buy products they expect good quality, I bet they have used slave labour of the Urghurs to churn out this shit. Tere was two tracking numbers which was traced from Singapore, we found Tom Hollinger is a bucket shop in Oregon. People are not stupid in this day and age. This Chinese company have been trying to trick me to get the money I froze from the bank. Do not fall into this trap.

The company sells clothes that look, feel and are un representative of the pictures. When I returned a relatively expensive jacket to get my money back you have to pay and send the returns to China. The jacket languishes in customs. 8 emails later with some limited english replys they refuse to get my goods and clear customs to return my money. Stay clear of this very well presented internet company, that has farcical customer services.

I ordered two pairs of shorts in XXXL, specifically because they were advertised as a cotton-linen blend. After waiting two weeks for delivery, what arrived was completely wrong on multiple levels. Firstly, the sizing is wildly misleading. These “XXXL” shorts are actually only around a 35–40 inch waist, which is nowhere near XXXL—more like a Large. They are way too small. Secondly, the material is falsely advertised. These are 100% cotton, not a cotton-linen blend. The difference is obvious, and it’s clearly not what was described. When I requested a return, I was told I’d have to ship them back to China at my own expense, which is completely unreasonable. It’s clear this seller is operating from overseas despite giving the impression otherwise. I was offered a 20% refund, which I accepted because returning them wasn’t worth the cost. I’m now left trying to resell them myself. Overall, this feels deliberately misleading—incorrect sizing, false material description, and poor customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this seller.

Cancelled order 40 minutes after ordering told you can’t cancel as order has been processed .on their website it says you can cancel order within 24 hours.However they ignore the fact that this is their terms and conditions. They don’t respond to any concerns, emails or any correspondence .without a doubt this company is nothing but a fraudulent/ scamming bunch of thieves.
