I love what the company stands for and being able to find women owned or responsible brands. It's easy to navigate and the swim suit finder finally helped me find multiple suits that truly fit and stay put for time in the water. I've also got a few Title Nine dresses/rompers that I'm asked about all the time. They're comfortable and feel like me with an athletic style.

I am surprised by all of the negative reviews about this company! I recently bought a pair of pants that I had to exchange for another size and the process was pretty straight-forward. They don't do straight online exchanges, so I started a return and ordered a different size, but I pretty much shop exclusively online and find that this policy is really common. It didn't take any more time and I got my refund a few days later. No issues. I am a long-time Title Nine customer and have always been happy with the customer service and the company overall.

Their focus on women and adventure gear that works for women is top notch. I LOVE my Crash Barrel pants for winter warmth. I ordered them and they arrived fast and fit perfect. I'll be ordering more.

TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. Will never shop here again. I purchased swim bottoms, swim top, and a rash guard from Carve here and spent a lot of money as the brand is expensive. They charge a lot for shipping and it wasn't even shipped that quickly. Once the items arrived, I realized I needed bigger swim bottoms (even though I followed their size chart and Carve usually has consistent sizing). When I went to exchange the swim bottoms for a bigger size I was SHOCKED to see that I would have to pay to ship the bottoms back and then pay 9.00 (yes you read that right, to get an item that weighs 6 ounches) for shipping to get the new pair. They don't do exchanges, you have to pay to send the item back and then re-order the new size. To top it all off, you don't even get your money back. You get a "credit". So you can pay ridiculous shipping amounts in the future. I contacted customer service which agreed to refund my shipping amount for the new bathing suit and said they would expedite my return credit. I appreciate that but I doubt I will ever shop this company again. Most places that sell high end clothes do free returns or exchanges and you get your money back in the form you paid. How this place is in business when there are so many other options is beyond me.

I have tried my best to put in an order with Title Nine. Doesn't accept my information. I have perfect credit. I have had no problem with other sites. I will not shop here again.

This store has some great athletic clothing from different manufacturers and I have bought several items over the years. However, sizes vary greatly and their return process is ridiculously slow and cumbersome . On several occasions ( including a credit I am waiting for ‘as we speak’ ) the refund never appears until I contact them and interrogate. You have to pay for returns, I have tracking that proves the items were returned and the date. I am so done with them, and by these reviews, I see that others agree!

I have purchased a couple of gift cards for people through Title Nine. Each recipient has had an extraordinarily hard time trying to get their gift cards recognized through the ordering system online. It’s a cumbersome process. It shouldn’t be that way when you’re trying to give someone a gift. It turns off not only the person receiving the gift, but also the person sending the gift because they must get involved as well. On the clothing front, I have found that the quality of Title Nine clothing has significantly gone downhill. It’s cheap, outsourced manufacturing which takes a good while to get to the customer and I have kept few things over the past few years. I think I’ve finally given up on Title Nine, what once was great is now just average at best.

The return process is terrible. I returned an item an it took 4 months for them to notify me that I am getting a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Reading other reviews here and I think that I have a much longer wait than 3 to 5 business days. If the item costs $20, I wouldn't spend the time chasing it down. Unfortunately, Title Nine stuff is expensive. So far I am still waiting for a refund of $250. Update: I called customer service after receiving the refund notification. The refund was processed right away and I received the refund the next day.
