My order was shipped by DHL but took a month then said it was delivered but it wasn’t. Instead of offering to send again, they told me to ask my neighbors and USPS. I did ask and USPS said it was mis delivered. I then sent them USPS response and asked directly for a new suit. They said they would send it. Then I got new tracking info. for FedEx shipping label, but two weeks later package still has not left FedEx. I am starting to wonder if this place is a complete sham. Never seen a swimsuit from them except online, but they do have my $160. The customer service seems like AI and maybe their whole website is too. Maybe these suits don’t exist at all. What a disappointment.

I purchase the Clambers pants in February- I have only wore them a few times. One of the snaps pulled out of the fabric due to poor workmanship. I wrote to Title Nine- they would not replace the pants because they were out of the 60 day return window and suggested that I take them to a tailor for repair. They offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase- very disappointed with their response.

I love that Title Nine only sells great quality items. The customer service has been great. Definitely appreciate that they aren't a huge corporation and that they're women-owned. So far, I've loved all the pieces I've ordered, including the Slaycation pants, an active shirt, and a swimsuit.

It is my second purchase, first one went great. Ordered expedited delivery for items I liked. Carrier tracking says they were delivered yesterday. Needless to say they were not! Update - it was delivered a day later :)

Yeah! Another great purchase from Title Nine!! The only bra I regularly wear and a couple of really fun dresses that fit my middle aged but athletic body well and are made to last. Thanks Title nine!!

I ordered these shorts on march 15 and they still have not arrived almost 3 months later. My suggestion: DO NOT PREPAY or PREORDER FROM T9. RISKY!

I guess im done with titlenine. Ordered an item, on the freaking packing slip it was noted that they stand behind their products, take it for a test drive it says. Fill out the return label, "item not returnable." Expensive lesson, but well learned.

I would say the only way for this company to go is up...I ordered a pair of sandals March 10th...It was supposed to ship within 4-7 days...After about 3 weeks I contacted customer service and was told that it would ship by April 10th...As of today May 11th, I have not seen hide nor hair of this item...truly abysmal customer service...
