Top Notch Product and Service!
Pump works great. Had a small issue getting it setup, but it was our mistake. Joe with Titan talked with me for 20 minutes and got it worked out. Great product and service!

Quality product and service
It has been great to speak to real people who are familiar with the product and can help me both in the process when I was choosing to buy the chiller and in proper use and maintenance afterwards. So far the chiller has done a good job of keeping the water cold and clean.

The tub is super well made and…
The tub is super well made and spacious. Unfortunately FedEx had damaged my chiller causing it to leak when water was being pushed through it. I called the number and was immediately helped. It was hard over the phone to talk about what the issue was, so they were gracious enough to video chat/facetime me and are sending me a brand new chiller at no cost. Amazing customer service!

Good customer service :-)
Josh at Titan was very helpful when I called. They answered the phone and solved my problem hospitably. Was pleasantly surprised they just picked up the phone. Big plus nowadays in my opinion. Good company, affordable cold plunge. Titan is a game changer.

I love my cold plunge
I love my cold plunge. That daily experience really forces you to focus. The Titan support team is focused on supporting me and resolving any issue I had. From assembly to test to use, Any common perceived issue I had was answered quickly and with direction. It's nice in knowing I might be alone in my backyard, but there's an attentive team in the wings waiting to Help.
