I have had 2 issues since I got my…
I have had 2 issues since I got my chiller. They always call me back and attention to details is top notch. We have solved every problem on the phone quickly. They are very knowledgeable of possible problems and how to quickly solve the situation. I highly recommend Titan, for the product and the customer service. A first class orgainzation.

This Company was awesome
I bought a cold bath about 4 years ago and it finally died. It took almost 6 months to get that one. Researching companies, I saw Titan and was excited to see great reviews and that they had a store front in the US. I ordered my cold bath and messed something up on the order, I was able to call them and speak to an American immediately. They fixed my order and I had it within a week of ordering. Set up was easy and customer support was great. I have already enjoyed it several times.
