I found Martin to also exhibit these qualties as well. In addition Martin was, affable, knowledge and kind. When it comes to customer service Martin gets it.

So far loving my XL plunge with my 1/2 horse pro chiller. Has been six month so far, water stays clean and ice cold, I keep it at 40 and it sits on my outdoor patio in Arizona. Great purchase and great value. Highly recommend for those looking to step up from using ice. Also great customer service easy to text for help and info. Always quick to respond and you get to talk to a real person!

This is the best man I have spoken too in a long time when I have purchased something he’s not a sales guy at all genuinely cares about the customer and we laughed all phone call and helped me take care of my address change. Just assembled my titan plunge with 5th gen 1hp chiller. Works great. WiFi app easy to set up. Martin and victor in customer service very helpful and respond to questions quickly. Impressed with construction. Heavy duty. Easy to set up. Instructions could be a little more detailed, but not a big deal.
