I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis when nothing else helped my joint pain. I opted to try the Titan Cold Plunge I could not believe how much better I felt. It gave me so much energy. If you suffer from pain every day like I do, I would definitely recommend it even my information levels are much lower than they were. The customer service of this company is also excellent. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve had the Titan Wellness Arctic Triumph Cold Plunge with the chiller for about two months now, and I’ve been extremely happy with both the product and the overall experience with Titan Wellness. Setup was surprisingly easy. The chiller and pump came with quite a few pieces, so initially I thought it might be a complicated process, but everything was comprehensive, user-friendly, and straightforward to install. I had everything up and running without any issues. Since setting it up, I’ve plunged every single day, and the chiller has done a great job keeping the water consistently at the temperature I want. That reliability has probably been the biggest thing for me. I wanted something I could use daily without constantly having to mess with it, and so far, that’s exactly what this has been. I’ve also been really impressed with the quality of the tub itself. Even though it’s inflatable, it feels surprisingly durable and substantial. I went with the white, which has a really clean, crisp look and fits nicely into the space. I purchased this as more of a temporary cold plunge solution, but after using it every day for two months, it has proven to be extremely reliable and I haven’t had any issues with it. I also have to mention the customer service. I recently called because I needed some help with changing out a filter and spoke with Joe. The customer service from Titan Wellness has been above par. They’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make sure I have what I need. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with the Arctic Triumph bundle and with Titan Wellness as a company. After two months of daily use, I can confidently say it has been reliable, easy to maintain, and a great addition to my daily routine. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid cold plunge and chiller setup.

Customer service has been phenomenal, Martin helped me choose the correct chiller for my setup and got it shipped extremely fast! 5 stars ⭐️ all day!

Overall, I’m very pleased with my 1/3 hp chiller. After a little over a year, I experienced an issue with one of the fans, but Josh has been extremely helpful in getting me the replacement part I needed along with simple clear instructions on how to install it! BTW, they did offer to do the installation, but since I’m on the East Coast and they’re on the West Coast, I elected to perform the replacement myself instead of sending it to them.

I purchased a cooler i had some issues setting up the unit. Called customer service talked to Joe. Walked me through the steps working great Thanks Joe for all the help Mark burnidge

Titan Wellness has a number one staff member named Martin. He was absolutely amazing and helped me throughout the entire process from beginning to end. Martin was incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. The level of customer service he provided was exceptional, and Titan is extremely lucky to have him on their team.
