I ended up upgrading to the Triumph XL which is definitely worth it as it is the best deal out there. The customer service with Martin has been excellent and super easy if you need help with set up, replacement parts or upgrade options. I would recommend initially purchasing the chiller with UV built in as I added it on after. There is no better plunge that you could get for $1K out the door!

Awesome Customer Service and product
When you buy a product , not only do you want the product to be good BUT you hope the service is even better . I can't say enough about Titan's service department . I bought the Titan Pro . The fan wasn't coming on . Justin with Titan Wellness helped me out tremendously . Very patient . He even did a zoom call to walk me thru the steps to make sure everything was working . Long story short , I had the chiller on HEAT not ICE . The fan was not on because it was keeping the hot water temperature . I am not computer savvy . Justin was patient with me and walked me thru the whole process . The chiller is awesome . Not loud . Great customer service ! Nowadays , most businesses have declined with customer service . Very happy ! Dr Nelson

Did some research on the company and the plunges before visiting the page. I called customer service and Martin ran through every detail and recommendation on what products to get. Martin was a tremendous help and made the process to purchase extremely easy!

The machine is great value for doing a cold plunge. Customer service is awesome, they make sure you are satisfied with your purchase even 1 year later. They stand by their product with the warranty and are helpful and informative.
