Worth it
Titan was very responsive when my chiller had a small internal leak. They emailed me a 'free return' label and after a few days, they sent me another chiller at no cost!...a company that backs their product is a company worth buying from in my book!

Titan for the Win!
I compared Titan to probably all of the other products for cold plunging. I can’t wait till the next plunge every day. It sharpens my mind and prepares me for the day ahead. I thought I needed the larger chiller but the 1/3 hp with the Bravo is great and maintains temperature like a champ. The only supplier that stands behind their products with a 2 year warranty that I found. If you need a superior product in a flooded market of sub par products let Titan lead your way.

Titan tech support is exceptional
Titan tech support is exceptional! I spoke with Josh today and he helped me get what I needed and gave me advice as to what I could do at home. They haven’t let me down yet! I’m glad I purchased from them. I will say that I have had a couple of connectors fail, but the cold plunge comes with repair kits so maybe they are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it, but that’s my only complaint if you can call it that. Happy with my cold plunge and I use it everyday

Titian made it right for me
Titian made it right for me. FedEx damaged the chiller during shipping and after a few weeks Titan stepped up and made it right. Great customer service and very friendly people on the phone. I will always buy from Titan and I highly recommend Titan Wellness products! Josh C- Iowa

The titan is a great product
The purchase was easy. I spoke to an English speaking human that understood my questions and concerns. He assisted me with the HSA paperwork and the whole transaction was painless. The chiller works great. It is so nice being able to get in my bath anytime and it is ready to go. The tub is well constructed and was easy to assemble. I love the straps that hold the top in place so you dont have to worry about someone accidentally getting in. The whole system is easy to clean and maintain. The cold plunge has really changed my life. I still wake up sore from arthritis but after my plunge I am quickly ready to go

I purchased the chiller for my sister…
I purchased the chiller for my sister who needed it and ended up loving it myself. We were confused on set up, so we reached out. Michelle was very kind and she set me up a call with tech support. Josh was very kind and walked me through all steps.
