Purchased my Titan Acrlyic Tub last week. Shipping was very accurate and it arrived within 7 days. Had some issues setting up the chiller, called customer support and Joe was able to video call me and walk me through every step. No wait time on the call or anything, got through immediately. Im big on customer service and so far titan is living up the standard. Tub is beautiful and hopefully continues to work as it should!

Ordered a 1/2 hp chiller. Haven’t used it much since winter came and kept it outside. Worked great. Also have a titan xl tub like it a lot but now I ordered the bravo. Want to try something smaller. I’m in cold water 6 times a week and love it.

Love my Triumph and chiller combo! Set up was easy for the plunge, pump up to 10psi, wash it down and set. The chiller was an easy set up as well with the provided paper directions. If there were more pictures on each step it would make it more dummy proof. Maybe a QR code for setting up the chiller that would be amazing. But yes the chiller worked instantly after adding water. I knew the chiller would take a while to cool my 60° hose water to the 40’s so i added ice for my first initial plunge because i was too anxious to wait to use it. The quality of the tub is surprisingly sturdy and durable i love everything about it. My inflatable lid is great the only thing is there about a 1-2mm gap on the sides where your feet and or head would be even after tightening the straps, hopefully this will be addressed after someone reads this review. My sweet spot is 44° to 46° and the chiller is able to reach that in 5-10 minutes with my threshold at 44° and a 4 degree differential on the P02 setting. This keeps my water at a max of 48 and the chiller not running constantly. I plunge in the mornings before work everyday even on weekends. My temp is ready whenever i want to plunge. Customer service has responded to me same day/hour with questions which was great. All in all i love this thing!

I recently purchased the Titan Triumph Tub + 1/2 HP Chiller w/ Wi-Fi/UV integration. There are so many products to choose from in this field, and I did weeks of research and comparison on the competing brands in this market. I ultimately chose Titan because of their responsiveness in service, specifically from Victor, who walked me through the product differences. Having multiple text and phone interactions with Victor ultimately led me to my purchase decision, without Victor, I probably would have chosen a different product that was a little less expensive. After receiving my order one week after purchase, I set it up in less than an hour, and Victor connected me with tech support. There I met Josh, who hopped on a video call with me to look over the setup, confirm I had everything in order, and help me connect the chiller to my Wi-Fi. I'm 3 days in with this product now, and couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Titan. The tub's wall thickness is incredible, the chiller is very user-friendly and seems durable and reliable. I'm 6'7" and fit perfectly fine in the Triumph! Thanks to Victor and Josh for their over-the-top support. Last bit of advice- spend the extra money and get the Wi-Fi/UV Chiller integration, it's game changing!

This is my first cold plunge and wasn't sure where to go so decided to try Titan. I got the xl and the 1/3hp chiller. Im 6'2" 240 and I fit comfortably! Chiller does great so far. Customer service was great to work with as well. I highly reccomend Titan!

Purchased the Apex Acrylic plunge - noticed something was missing from the order. Sent an email inquiring and with no questions asked, Victoria already had the missing item being delivered without hesitation. Highly recommend as the customer service is extremely responsive and very helpful. The plunge itself is perfect for what I need.
