Great customer service
Great customer service. I had to call two times on separate issues (user error) and both times Josh and Vince were very professional and great help. I was having issues with water dripping and Josh got on a FaceTime with me, identified the issue and provided an easy solution. Great customer service.

Great customer service
Great customer service, and the product seems to be working great. I had a 1/2 HP chiller prior to this Titan Pro, and it didn't work near as good.

Possible pump malfunction
Had the pleasure of working with Joe. He reached out to me directly, gathered information associated to what was being experienced with the pump for my Titan Cold Plunge XL system. He assisted in troubleshooting and verified what the issue was and communicated to me what the next steps were going to be get the issue resolved in a timely manner. HUGE thanks to Joe for taking care me!

Great customer service
Joe, their technician, has been very helpful. I submitted the maintenance work order and I got a text the next day. Titan is a legit company. Great product and service for any repair.

So glad I have this in my life!
Ordering it was super easy and customer service called me within 5 mins to verify I got everything I needed before shipping. It showed up within 4 days and setup was crazy easy. I cold plunge almost everyday now and the days I don't, I miss it. So glad this is a regular routine for me now. By the way, I am 6'8" and over 400 lbs and I fit great. No complaints here. Thank you Titan!

I was impressed with the customer…
I was impressed with the customer service from Titan wellness. My first plunge came with an abnormal bulge in the top ring and within the same week they had sent me a brand new one. The tub and chiller are both excellent and helped me with my daily routine of cold plunging for a phenomenal price. I would recommend for anyone looking to get into cold plunging.

Would give it 10 stars if I could
Couldn't be happier. Great customer service and even better quality. I got a call almost the second I placed my order making sure that I get exactly what I wanted. I got the American flag cold plunge and standard chiller. I couldn't be more satisfied with it. Wish I could post a picture it looks killer in my shop.

Josh is very helpful
Josh is very patient, friendly and thoughtfull. He knows how the chiller works and walked me through a reset while we on the phone including cleaning out the filter to get the chiller operating more efficiently.
