Titan was top notch all the way through the purchase of my cold bath. First Martin reached out and answered all my questions and got me set up. Once ordered RJ got in touch and ensured everything was correct. This company really cares about their customers!

Martin was absolutely amazing while i was thinking about ordering my products. He was able to answer every question I had with a thorough explanation and made sure I understood before moving on. I ended up ordering exactly what he suggested based off of his knowledge of these products. I can not thank him enough for all of his help from start to finish.

Hello, I’m happy to give Titan a five star review. I’ve had my Cold Plunge for over a year now and it is working great along with the Wi-Fi connection. Whenever I’m getting low on filters, I just go on their easy to use website order them and they are here within a few days. I originally chose Titan because I noticed they were located in the USA and was shocked that they answered the phone on the first time I called. Thank you, Martin and Victor for the help over the year. I will continue to spread the word at Pop Warner Football games on Sunday. From someone that has been doing cold plunges for 20 years I’m glad that I pick this company ! All the best, Rick
