A bit disappointed on the sauna not reaching the highest temperatures that the product specifies. However, it was still a decent value considering the other options.

February of 2025 I had a stroke that affected my right side , and I've been doing rehab ever sense. But using ices bag takes time and effort. The Chill tank is 100% more efficient and dose a much better job of icing the hole area. I found assembly to be simple and it took only a few tools. Any questions were handled quickly and with out effort by the techs in the office. This project scored 4.5 stars.

Ordered and received .. w directions and common sense pretty easy one woman set up. Things to consider. You needed to remove infrared panels and red light to use the steamer. Steamer has a really short cord which almost made it unusable for me. I had to do some modifications in setting up to get it plugged in and still have the tubing in good placement. Steamer heated quickly and brought on a good session which you can control heat and time on unit or w hand held remote. I think the chair was comfortable, the little steamer disc Feels plastic plastic supposedly 100% BPA-Free & Eco-Safe Build. Haven’t tried the infrared panels yet but will to check it out. I prefer the steam. Wish the lights were waterproof so I could use w steam. In the marketing it looks like the gal is walking out of the steam sauna w the red light on. I missed the part about operating separately when I ordered. Victor has been available to help w military discount and answering questions. I haven’t had a complaint or warranty issue so I can not give testimony on that. For the price I feel it’s a pretty good value Low EMF is a plus . Really other than the short cord you seem to get a lot of bang for your buck and health benefits from this duo product. Steam and infrared w red light. So far I would recommend to a friend. Now if this changes so will my review. If it wasn’t for the shortness of the cord it would likely be able to be 5 stars. But I don’t usually give 5 stars on many reviews on the first usage if a product. After calling company. Red light is able To be used w both methods and if needed an extension cord is allowable . Will update after I try infrared .

First tank had a leak and second tank the clip broke. Customer Service was great at attending to these issues.

Although there have been a few issues with the chiller, the customer support has been good and responsive to my concerns and has helped me troubleshoot over the phone to ensure the unit needed repair. In this case I shipped my chiller back to Titan who repaired the unit and returned it within 5 days. I look forward to getting back into the routine.

I've been looking for an affordable low maintenance plunge and found it with Titan! The only thing I'd change is the plastic fittings, which are manageable with enough tephlon, and the setup guide. I like having the app to mange my plunge times and the idea of saving electricity. I had countless hours and frustrations with my old setup! With Titan my plunge is ready when I am. Victor has been available to help with all of my questions no matter how late in the day.
