Terrible Customer Service, Shipping & Tech Department
On August 25th, 2026 I placed an online order for a Cold Plunge Tub (The bravo) and a chiller unit from Titan Wellness. I paid an additional $96 for an upgraded version of the chiller. The order was also to include a hat On September 1st, only the Bravo Cold Plunge Tank arrived, despite Titan stating they sent it out. After numerous calls to Titan's Customer Service department, they confirmed it was an error on their end due to a high volume of orders, asked if I minded a white unit instead of black (I was fine with) and said it would be shipped out immediately and that they would call back to provide me with a tracking number They never returned any of my calls. However, the order was delivered on September 14th but the chiller was missing critical parts, had the wrong instruction manual, and did not include the hat they promised. At this point I no longer wanted to do business with Titan Wellness given the constant issues, unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and lack of follow through/honesty on Titan Wellness' part and requested a refund that was assured to me (30 day refund policy stated on their website an ads) Only a this time did Titan reach out to me making it difficult to start the refund process. They requested I emailed them a formal request with a picture of the unit needed to initiate the refund (9/14/26 via text), which I immediately did, and said a manager would be reaching out with shipping label/info within 48 hours They continued denying me my refund process by stating that they would just send out the missing part, but given the numerous issues I had no faith or trust in Titan to do so. Additionally, as communication went on , they kept pushing the timeline by another 24 hours for someone to send me the info, It is now the 17th and nothing has been received, just more communication stating I would hear something in 48 hours, despite that timeframe expanding It is my impression that they are intentionally doing this to avoid honoring my 30 day return policy. Furthermore, they sent me a link to their refund policy stating that they may add a 30-35% "restocking fee" - something NOT discussed or outlined during the ordering process, shipping process, etc. This arbitrary fee seems predatory and retaliatory for people unhappy with their product and attempting to receive a refund. Despite numerous times I have reached out to their agents, communicated, and confirmed the issues I had, Titan Wellness did nothing but avoid their responsibilities in this process. I did NOT receive the promised product, they have REFUSED to honor my right to refund, and REFUSE to provide the requested information for executing a refund I have essentially been denied and scammed out of money for a product that was incorrect and not-functional given the issues. UPDATE 9/18 Clearly this company didn’t read the review based on their response and STILL hasn’t communicated with me about the refund but has all the time to respond to reviews The arrogance in their response is hysterical. So good I should be thankful I have issues lol?
Response from Voted #1 Wellness BrandSep 18, 2026
Hi Anthony, We apologize that you found our service to be less than perfect. Due to extremely high demand for our products, combined with ongoing global shipping delays, some orders and support responses may take longer than usual. Please rest assured: we are working diligently to fulfill every order, and you will receive your Titan Cold Plunge. Some products temporarily sell out simply because demand is exceeding how quickly we can manufacture and restock units. Our team remains in communication with our customers, and our U.S.-based technical support team is assisting customers every business day on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your patience while we work through this exceptional demand. Please call us again during business hours, and we will do our best to assist you immediately if your issue has not already been resolved. There’s a reason popular products sometimes sell out — the cold plunge brand you should worry about is the one that doesn’t sell!
