Excellent Product & Service
Excellent customer service and great product. They are local and they sent their worker Josh to come to my house and help me unload it. He even FaceTimed me several times until about 9pm helping me set it up correctly. Best bang for your buck and overall a great company.

Item arrived and we called to get help setting it up . The caller talked my son on how to install and he used it same night. We look forward to seeing how it helps in baseball.

I have been a Titan customer/user for almost a year now. Solid product (Triumph with 1HP Pro+ Chiller) with excellent service! From purchase and initial questions to recent issue with chiller that required it to go back for [quick] service, the team at Titan has been pleasant, efficient and timely in responding to email and phone calls. You never know the true worth of a company until you have questions/issues - and Titan has proven to be a top notch company. No doubt in my mind that I picked the right company for my cold plunging journey.

I recently purchased a titan chiller…
I recently purchased a titan chiller and so far the customer service has been excellent. I had a couple issues with initial setup and Joe was very responsive and provided me with what I needed in a timely manner. This is important because my previous chiller from a different company had awful to no response when encountering issues. And so far chiller is running great!
