So far so good
I’ve had the Titan 1/2 HP chiller and Triumph tub a week now. There have been zero issues with anything. I particularly like the app interface. Victor spent 20 minutes on the phone patiently answering my questions and offering advice prior to order. Josh did the same helping my connect WiFi. So far good product and great service.

Great customer service
Victor helped me with an upgrade for my chiller. His communication was prompt, courteous and professional. He was able to help resolve my request quickly and efficiently. It is apparent that Titan has given its team the appropriate tools help out their customers with minimal friction. Highly recommend!

Very good price range, stays cold.
Very good price range and haven’t had any issues so far. San Diego has verb very hot recently and the tub has still stayed below 50°F at all times, very happy with this purchase!

Cold Plunge Tub!
This tub saved my post-workout recovery. I use it every morning after my run or lift and it heals. It is such an easy set up, and it’s always simple to maintain the cooling temperature.
