I have had my titan for almost a year
I have had my titan for almost a year. Absolutely worth the investment. Being able to cold plunge daily without the $20 of ice and 30min of time to get it set up was a game changer. And the customer service has been really helpful anytime I had a question. Definitely would recommend.

LOVE IT!
Joe has been absolutely awesome! I’m from Arizona where Chillers do NOT usually last long. He walked me through my entire set up, maintenance, WiFi capabilities, and more! We have over 100 Degree weather and my chiller runs like a champ! I am extremely impressed! Great product, with even better service.

I had a problem with the pump…
I had a problem with the pump circulation. What I assumed was the problem wasn’t a problem at all. Joe in support was great and walked me through about 5-6 steps, diagnosed the root cause, and got me up and running again! Overall a 10 minute call. Fast, effective service technician. Victor assisted me with some question…
Victor assisted me with some question related to maintenance over text messages. It was pretty quick and helpful. Overall I like my Titan inflatable American flag cold plunge. I have accustomed to jumping into the cold plunge every morning right after I wake up at 0400. It’s really easy, just open the cover and jump in. 😊. Thanks guys

The best thing we ever did
The best thing we ever did - we love it and use it every day - true value for money —did my due diligence before buying and so lucky to find this company - the set up is not difficult once you realize you have many extra parts so whichever one you buy there is only one parts package.
