Tires
Great customer service. Excellent price with the promo code. Saved $200 compared to other sites. Easy transaction. The tire shop I went to was excellent also. When I need tires again I will be buying them from tirescanner.

What a great experience
What a great experience! I hate buying tires, but Tirescanner made it painless! The prices are so much better than the tire shops near me and having an appointment had me in, out, and on my way quickly!

I was very disappointed with the experience.
I was very disappointed with the communication and the timeliness of delivery. My vehicle was set for a morning install. I was told as long as I ordered before 11am the service shop would receive the tires same day so I could get them installed the next day. The tires did not arrive until 2pm the following day so rather then my truck being completed by noon I did not get it back u til 5pm.

Hi Jordan We are sorry to hear about the install delay of a few hours. On that day our trucks experienced some delays due to short notice scheduling changes impacted by external global factors, We will make sure you receive an incentive from us next time, please quote your order number. Thank you very much for choosing us. Very best regards, The Tirescanner Team

The enitre transaction was great, thank you!
I ordered on a Sunday and the tires were installed the next day. After hearing from Angela Monday morning, I received a call and email from the local installer, confirming the appointment and providing the name of the installer. A few minutes later, I heard directly from the installer. Upon arrival, he was polite and both he and his truck were clean and professional. The tires were installed quickly and I have since referred several friends to Tirescanner.com. Well done!

Very good service and great prices
Very good service and great prices, if you can wait 2 days. I was not in a rush, so for me the waiting part was not a problem. I had only the two front tires changed on my Honda minivan. My son recommended this company to me, after one of the tires on his car blew off just as he pulled into his driveway, and they came the same day to replace both tires on the back.

Great customer service
Best prices by far. Initial delay in installer receiving the tires caused a little problem, but customer service took care of the issue quickly and paid for the installation to compensate me for the trouble.
