Hello and thank you for your review. We are disappointed that your experience did not run as flawlessly as we expect it to, 2 hours is too long to wait. A miscommunication regarding the model of the vehicle was at fault here, we have tweaked our process to ensure that this cannot be repeated. Because we are linked in with the installers and communicate with them every day we can ensure consistency so we can mitigate in this scenario, and we will do so in future. Please call the team next time you require tires and we will ensure a valued customer incentive. Thank you again for your custom and for taking the time to share your experience. Very best regards, The Tirescanner Team

Hi there. Thank you for your feedback. You're right. This is not how we operate our calendar system. When you choose a slot you get it, that is what sets us apart. In this instance the store had mixed up their store calendar, which caused the slot delay. We are really sorry for this and can assure you that we have altered procedures to ensure it can not happen again. Please do reach out to us when you are ready for new tires, we will ensure you re looked after Thanks again for your support. Very best regards, The Tirescanner Team
