Very good selection of the lastest tires and wheels, order was shipped out within 24 hours. My overall experience was very good.

I am filing this complaint regarding a return and exchange that has not been processed in a reasonable timeframe despite multiple follow-ups and confirmation that the returned items were received. On or around May 15, I returned a set of tires after receiving the incorrect size. I requested a return label and followed up repeatedly over approximately six days before it was provided. The return shipment was successfully delivered and confirmed as received by the warehouse on May 15. On May 18, I requested an exchange after the return had been received. As of May 28, I have not received any update, confirmation of processing, exchange tracking information, or refund status. During this period, I have contacted customer service daily. Each interaction resulted in assurances that the issue would be escalated or followed up on, but no substantive action or updates have been provided. Communication has not resulted in resolution, timelines, or accountability. At this point, the return has been in their possession for an extended period, and the exchange request has been pending for over 10 days without movement or communication. I am requesting immediate processing of the exchange or a full refund, along with written confirmation and tracking details. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue a chargeback with my financial institution due to failure to complete a timely return/exchange after receipt of the merchandise.

10/10 experience would recommend if ur buying rims or tires , very fast shipping too

This company is a joke. Im still waiting for the correct wheels to be delivered and for the shipping labels to be sent to me so I can send the wrong size wheels back. I talked to Mr. Keles through texts and phone calls, he has done nothing but give me the run around. When I called the number listed on the website and was yelled at and hung up on several times. At this point I just want a refund and I will never recommend this company to anybody. Probably out $933.00 BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Updated review. Someone reached out to me regarding my return issue and made it right. I can return what I mistakenly ordered without paying for the return and no restocking fee. Offered to let me swap out the tires for the correct size but I have already ordered a new set tires.
