I had originally given TireBros24 a two-star rating due to some issues I had with my order I placed and how it was handled on getting it fixed. However, I had to change that rating after what they did to fix the issue. Special Thanks goes out to customer service rep Alex for everything he did to correct my issue and even when above and beyond. Definitely will continue to buy not only my tires and or rims to them I will be telling any of my family, friends, or customers to get their tires through TireBros24 from now on

I wrote a negative review earlier and received a call from a gentleman named Alex! The most nicest helpful person so far this entire ordeal!! He made things right and has my tires on the way with a tracking number!!! If you need to deal with anyone there I would Highly recommend Alex!!! Thank you!!! You helped me out and I appreciate it 1000%

Ordered 4 wheels... but only got sent 2 wheels. Called them to ask where they were and there was a confusion. Alex helped me get right! He’s the man, great person for the company.

Extremely easy to work with. I received my tires in 2 days. I did the weekly payments...90 days same as cash. Thats a nice option. I will return when I need tires again.
