Updated review. Someone reached out to me regarding my return issue and made it right. I can return what I mistakenly ordered without paying for the return and no restocking fee. Offered to let me swap out the tires for the correct size but I have already ordered a new set tires.

Now I know they have a disclaimer stating that it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order but it’s been seven days now and I have not received a single update on my order status. Reach out to customer service they tell me they have limited access that someone will reach out to me. Nobody reaches out. ***UPDATE*** Finally received a call back about my order. And the reason for its delay was explained thoroughly and made sense. If this was explained better prior than I would not have any concerns. Had spoken to supervisor Alex and he was very kind and understanding. I finally have tracking and confirmation of my order. Thank you Alex.

Tirebros24 reached out to me righted their wrong. They ended paying for the return shipping and emailed me return labels. Thank for doing the right thing tirebros24. The process for purchasing online is easy, but their customer service has zero communications. I purchased a set of tires online from tirebros24 and didn’t realize that I had made 2 separate purchases for the exact same tire. Never once received any communication about both purchases. Arrived home one day and saw I had 8 tires waiting for me. When I called to inquire about the purchases I was informed that I would have to pay to have them shipped back or I could sell the extra set. I feel I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping return as there was zero communication about both purchases. If tirebros24 will pay for the shipping return and refund my money I will take down the negative review or change my review to be more positive.

This company is one of the few to surprise you. Their ordering system could use some improvement but however if you call and place your order it’s by far way better. After a couple hiccups Alex called and got me through my hurdles and I couldn’t be more impressed. All of the people I spoke with were polite and courteous. I recommend using them as they are better knowledgeable about tires than most tire shops you visit in person

Fast shipping. My approval amount was not enough to get wheels as wheel. 4 stars!

I didn’t think I would ever write a review about a tire website but I must share how awesome these guys are. The knowledgeable customer service rep on the phone really looked after me. He was able to solve my issue with ease. Basically I needed 3 of the same tires, but only two were available (not their fault). He recommend a different brand that was in stock and was cheaper! I love it :p
