After reporting my problem that had been occurring since June, I was contacted by Mr. Alex who promptly and in a matter of minutes solved everything. I purchased 4 tires and 4 new tire pressure sensors for my 2014 econoline work van. I went to an installer that they had listed and had the tires and sensors installed. After about a week of driving and my warning light not going off on my dash I found that 3 of the 4 sensors are defective by the place that done the install. This is August 17 2026 and I have been dealing with this since May. I sent over verification and everything they have asked for and can not get anyone to respond with a resolution at all. Talk about poor customer service. They send 100 emails during the purchase process but after the purchase is final that’s it they could care less.

I ordered tire to do from them. I used there finance. page to pay for them. I was supposed to be charged one amount for the initial payment. Turns out I was charged a totally different amount. I contacted the finance company they said in a email it was tirebros that had that amount up on their page not them. Well contacted them I was told that they don’t now anything about it and I have to reach out to someone else who handles that. Long story short neither fiancé company or this company caress about their customers. This will be last time I go throw them for tires. Alex from tirebros is working on my charge very helpful. I didn’t get refund they said it will be taken off my total amount. Plus they supposed to give me tire protection on top of it. We’ll never received anything on it. Nor I have received a receipt on the tires. I will not be going throw them again nor will I recommend them. Definitely take caution in them. Oh one more thing when ship tires lol this is funny I received 3 of them then waited 2 days for fourth tire. What they should do is wrap them in pairs then FedEx has to use on tracking for set of 2.

If I could leave no star I would, somethings were very misleading when I first bought the tires however they did arrive much faster than they originally told me that was the only plus since then I’ve had tires with knots in them and everything else. I’ve tried to get them to replace them they won’t help at all never again while I order tires through tire Bros 24. It has been the worst headache of my life and I have only put 3000 miles on the tires since March. They told me that I needed to contact the manufacturer but when I bought the tires, I bought road hazard and everything else with them is what I was told and now they’re saying that that’s not possible. So as a update I was told by someone at Tire Bro 24 when I placed me order that I had road hazard so again like I said very miss leading and now they are trying to get me to remove my review because they want to to go to a Discount Tire to have it fixed but the closest one is over a hour from the town I live it

After 6 weeks, I ended in a return ,never has a confirmation or a tracking number ,costumer service never know nothing , don't waste your time and money Order ID: 100005967

The overall experience was way better than I expected. It was easy to find my tires, they had a four recommendations at the top with various price points. This really was helpful as I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was free and fast and I really liked that I could have the tires shipped to my local shop as an installer. The amount of financing options available was also very helpful. I feel like I had a great experience and overall feel like the value hit the mark.
