Alex called trying to switch me to a different brand making false and terrible recommendations. Assured me tracking would be in my inbox in a couple days, after 7 days canceled the order without notice. This place and Alex are a joke! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Order tire and rim package, nothing came assembled like other tire and wheel packages I have purchased from other online companies. I receive email with tracking for just the tires one I received the tire I called customer service and asked about rims, lug nuts and TPMS sensors the person told me I would receive rims and lug nut the next day and gave me tracking on them and then told me TPMS sensors will be come by USPS and that he had no tracking for them. The next day I did receive the rims but no lug nuts, so I called back and spoke to the same person and asked about the lug nuts he then proceeded to tell me that the vendor didn't have them so I would not be getting them and I would have to get them my self so I asked why I was not informed of this yesterday when I called could not give me an answer, so I am not counting on seeing my sensors. So now this going to cost me an extra $600 to have tires mounted,balance, TPMS sensors and lug nut. I found this company not very transparent and not helpful at all. I was told that they would put in for a credit on the lugnuts not very hopeful that this is going to happen. Do not buy from this company use another one that is more reputable I should have looked at the reviews found that they do have quite a few negative ones. 9/19 I would like to update my review a gentlemen named Alex reached out to me today and was very apologetic about what happened and stated that he will make things right just to give him a few hours and he will contact me again so I changed my review to a 3 instead of a 1 and do appreciate that Alex is doing what he can TireBros24 should know how lucky that they have a person like him on their Team.

I had an issue with a shipped tire, it was unknowingly faulty a bad steel belt. Had some trouble with customer service .... ultimately ended up with the owner calling and immediately refunding my money and learned that the customer service team didnt follow their standard protocol for this situation. So 5 stars absolutely recommend and will soon be placing an order for husbands tires! Appreciate you guys immensely, Thank you for such a rapid fantastic response! Customer service is FANTASTIC!
