I ordered the Cincinnati bearcat five…
I ordered the Cincinnati bearcat five panel wall hanging for my son for Christmas. It is nothing like advertised. It is only three panels not five and they are all the same height not graduated as shown. Total rip off. Nothing like the photo.

I love my canvas print
I love my canvas print. The staff here were great addressing my questions. Only issues was it took significantly longer to receive than estimated. But overall it was worth the wait!

Great Product
Ordered the Witcher canvas and it was exactly as pictured. It was shipped out quickly and received within a couple weeks. Recieved email updates from the company about my order through out the process. I will definitely order from Tinohouse in the future.

The canvasses were great but no frames!!
The canvasses were great but no frames! And not enough material on the side to wrap around. Really disappointed that we had to produce our own

We are so sorry to know that you are not satisfied with your order. If you place an order with No Framed item, you will only receive canvas sheet. Moreover, we also did mention in details about the no framed canvas on website: They are just the prints on canvas without a wooden frame. We suggest this option only if you already have wooden stretcher bars or you could opt for our special DIY FRAMES. We highly appreciate your feedback and we hope that you can understand our situation

Crap period
Crap, period a joke, a lie, paid 200.00 for something I'd walk passed in a dollar store! Says it comes from the states, DIRECT FROM CHINA. Says .75" frame, try bent, and .25" which is a HUGE difference. On top of that, the picture doesn't align, so its like ur looking at two different pictures, oh and how about automatically hangs crooked and bowes from the wall...CRAP! SAVE UR MONEY AND UR SANITY, their customer service is even worse than the product! Oh and don't believe me, check the BBB or try calling, their number isn't even connected! They are a Chinese scam company passing off as American quality! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!
