Easy to use and understand

Had to call customer service a couple of times, and they were very patient and friendly!

Had a few questions about the policy and the representative was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Answered my questions and texted me links to exactly what I needed.

I had a valid claim (flight delay, rental car costs, sick kids) and provided photos and screenshots and PDFs of Printed emails. Tin Leg kept demanding impossible documentation like forwarded emails and medical records the clinic that wasn't our pediatrician. Their claims portal documentation isn’t reviewed, and the follow up is the same we need additional documentation three different times each changing for more. Times have changed Tin Leg no longer delivers. Look elsewhere for responsive claims handling.

SIMPLE!!!!

When we purchased Tin Leg it seemed like a wise choice. We travel frequently and have had claims for one reason or another with other carriers. This one is different. The entire process of a claim is to wear your out asking for more and more documentation. After over two months we have not settled on a large out of pocket claim.
