It was easy to compare the policies, but unless you do a deep dive, items like cancel for any reason NEED to be checked to actually get that benefit. It may say so when comparing, but unless you check it in the deep dive, you will not get it. Same with medical and medical evacuation. The amounts are not actually what is shown.

You seem to have a great product however, your advisers on the phone seem tired or annoyed with questions and basically just directed me back to your website. I’d called because I needed some assistance waiting through a massive amount of things that are offered.

Too Many Options: Standard, Luxury, Gold, Silver Etc... Should just have one policy that you can adjust coverage etc..

There were lots of choices for coverage, and maybe a few too many. I settled on three to compare and found one that suited my needs for travel coverage, which included cost reimbursement, medical evacuation (if necessary) and trip interruption. Reading policies is not fun, but TinLeg does a good job of summarizing the main points and then including the fine print if you need to read 24 pages of legalese.

Easy to pull up several options on travel insurance. It was also very easy to compare plans. Links were provided so I can see policy fine print. Very happy and recommend Tin Leg!
