My Husband and I are just in the beginning of the process, therefore I can only comment on the beginning of the process. There was a miscommunication with our bank on which account to withdraw the funds from, after communicating the correct account we were told that the over draft fees would be refunded to us do due the mishap. Surprise, we have not been refunded nothing to date. After contacting our Rep via repeated phone calls and emails, We are now reconsidering our decision,They have our money so we are just waiting. Get everything in writing!

We originally signed with timeshare compliance and paid their requested retainer in July, 2016. We were told that our case would be resolved by the end of that year. After 2 1/2 years we have been through 3 different contact people and at least 3 attorneys and still do not have our contracts with the timeshare company cancelled. Our last communication, in July, 2018, was to be informed that our most recent contact was leaving and we would be notified of her replacement. As of now, Dec, 2018, we have had no contact and no satisfaction. Whenever we did call or e-mail with a question it took weeks to get a response. We asked our contact in one of our last communications if we should get our money back and were told that the situation would be taken care of quickly. NO RESULTS YET!!! Update...It is now Jan.12,2019, and Scott who wrote a response from Timeshare Compliance on Dec.11,2018, said he would review our file and call us that week, still has not called!! Come on Scott, call.

I believe our experience was good but I am not sure. The reps were great starting out, cordial and concerned. After getting all of our information and payments, there was very little contact. I understand the timelines and lag in activity. However, we received a letter from our timeshare canceling our contract after we stopped paying. This option was noted in the original contract. I have no way of knowing if this was a unilateral action or whether it was in response to an action by the Timeshare Compliance attorney. The Dashboard was never updated with any action after all comments and payments were received. This makes me wonder what I paid for.

I am impressed, the process actually starts quickly and continues in a timely manner. The communication is great. I never have to wonder what stage the process is in. Great job guys!

I still receive calls and mail from the developer, months after this was supposed to have been taken care of. When I contact the attorney on why we are still getting contacted when contact is supposed to be handled by the attorney, they reply "The deed in lieu is being processed by xxxx. We have been told that the timeline for the court to process the paperwork can take 90 - 120 days." It has not been 6 months and this is still not resolved.

It has been three months and nothing has happen. Then you want me to not pay my quarter month payment, which will hurt my credit rating. I did not pay you for this. I payed you to to stop my time share, not to hurt my credit rating.
