Very response of my concerns but it’s frustrating to not have it completed after over two years since I paid their fee We’re being contacted by the timeshare saying that Timeshare Compliance is ineffective and they continue to bill us !for the unit! My spouse is extremely annoyed also

The personnel at TSC are all curtious and professional. Although the process is straightforward and easy to understand, it does take quite a long time to cancel the contract. No one seems to be available to answer when you call in to the office, but someone does return your call within a couple of days. The website and process stages is not maintained or follows the Proto call. The attitude behind the tje cancelation process seems to be status quo only and There doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency in canceling our contract with the resort. TSC prides itself and having an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and states that we can expect a cancellation between 6 to 12 months. However, our process started in August 2017 and has yet to been rectified as of December 2018. I’ve called on multiple occasions for a status and also yo request a follow up with the resort with a more aggressive approach and letter.... so far, this company has not lived up to its reputation and has left us in suspicion and uneasy. My opinion might change however, if they are able to get us a full refund from what we’ve invested into this specific resort... only time will tell. CJ

Unfortunately, it is up to the developer to cooperate with your attorney. This process can take up to 18 - 24 months, we apologize if you were told differently. To anyone that might be thinking about getting out of a timeshare, let me share something with you that I know will help. My wife and I were battered into getting into a timeshare. Realizing we had made a huge mistake we wondered if there was a way out. Through a commercial on TV we saw an ad for Timeshare Compliance. We contacted Timeshare Compliance and they told us us they could possibly help us get released from out timeshares. We were skeptical about contacting Timeshare Compliance. From the moment we talked with the representatives at Timeshare Compliance we were put at ease. They walked us through every phase of the process. If there were questions, they always had the answers. The entire process of time and cost was much less than we anticipated.
