I hired Timeshare Compliance because they assured me they could cancel my timeshare in roughly 18 months. I paid top dollar for their services—choosing them over far less expensive competitors—because I believed they would deliver on that commitment. Instead, the deadline passed, and I was told that my case was "being worked on" and that "these things take a while." Now, I have been turned over to collections for past-due maintenance fees while waiting for the resolution I paid for. I am so deeply disappointed in how this has been handled. I want an immediate resolution: my timeshare canceled now, and direct action taken to address the collections status caused by these delays. It is time for Timeshare Compliance to stand behind what they promised and make this right.

This is another scam company worst than Time Share companies themselves. Run far away from this company called Timeshare Compliance because they will scam you and put you more in additional debt. They promised me heaven on earth with smooth talk. Their sales man by the name Courtney sweet talked me and my wife into handing our case over to their company few months later my name appeared as a beneficiary in the bankruptcy one of their subsidiary after cheated me of over $11,000+ in fees telling me that is only 10% of how much my loan with Hilton will cost if I keep my time shares. After paying off that amount they. then introduced me to an attorney that charged me separately only to allow my loan to charge off, ruin my credit with the charge off amount. Despite repeated call and conversation with one of their agent I eventually ended up worst than I started. I lost my initial deposit and couple of months of payment. In my opinion DO NOT DO BUSINESS with TIME SHARE COMPLIANCE. I am about to file a complaint with BBB and attorney general of their state.

I’d keep it factual and based strictly on your experience. That makes the review stronger and avoids claims you can’t personally verify. We hired Timeshare Compliance to help us get out of our timeshare and paid a significant amount of money for their services. Unfortunately, after years of working with them, our case has still not been resolved. We trusted this company to handle the situation and believed we were paying for a solution. Instead, we are now receiving collection notices related to the timeshare, including a balance of over $7,600. After all the time and money we have spent, it is extremely frustrating to still be dealing with the same problem we originally hired them to resolve. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Timeshare Compliance. Before hiring them, I strongly suggest asking exactly what they guarantee, what happens if they are unable to resolve your case, and getting everything in writing.

Anyone doing research on this company just so you know they open a shell company called TCR timeshare contract resolution they lost business because the poor reviews that’s why they had to open a new company

They took us for lots of money. It has been 6 years and nothing been resolved. They were working with Carlsbad law firm, who I had to pay additional money. DO NOT USE THEM? THEY DO NOTHING. Do not commit to any timeshare. They lie.

They are no different then a time share they’ve made it look good because your fees are less. A timeshare company illegally made me an owner when I was an authorized user. They also scammed my elderly mother during COVID she did not go outside for 18 months. Timeshare Compliance did the same thing!!! The bad debt is on my credit and they don’t return calls, nor does the legal collaboration and/or credit scrubbing do anything! They’ll offer it for six months! Today is Memorial Day and their sale rep discussed how he served this country and he’d never take advantage of people! I have 3 months of payments left and have had to explain this to my bank once again as the debt for the timeshare is still lingering. Timeshare Compliance drafted a letter - the legal counsel nothing to challenge the timeshare company regarding being illegally added to the contract! With documented proof. Don’t get excited cause you want out and the payments seem more doable and they offer relief with a shorter term! Haven’t gotten one return call in 6 months!! After calling to request they stop requiring payment because there have been no real life results!!

I'm here to let you know this don't work. Please DO NOT WASTE MONEY on them. Instead, you should hire the guy everyone in the reviews are mentioning. Dude ended my TS contract with Bluegreens within a month.
