They lied and deceived us
They lied and deceived us. DON'T deal with any company that say they can help you get out of your time share contract. It cost us over $6,000.00 for nothing. They're polite and sounded very concerned for our situation NOT......

It’s taking awhile longer than I hoped…
It’s taking awhile longer than I hoped but we was told that. They have been keeping me up to date on my stuff so I am very satisfied

Customer service and sales person
Customer service and sales person are fantastic they really care go out of their way. I’m waiting for the attorney to call me. I can’t wait for this to be all over

Poor communications
No timely response (in some cases no response at all) to questions!! No communication advising us of progress, if any, of timeshare divesture.
