Excessive turnovers
My rep. has changed so many times, I don’t know who it is now. Too great a turnover for reliability.

Thank you for leaving this review, Ray & Paula. To clarify, we have multiple departments that all specialize in various steps of the process. If you feel your representative has changed frequently, that is due to the fact that it is necessary for you to go through three different departments. We want to make certain that your case is set up for success therefore, you will work with a total of three experts in our organization. Great Difference Between Promises Made and Kept
What has been to this point verbally promised and what has been delivered are significantly different. I was told a "credit block" would be imposed on my credit account to ensure that the Time Share Company would not massively hit my account - that didn't happen and I have seen over a 100 point drop in my credit rating. When I have pointed this out I am told - condescendingly and brusquely that "according to the introductory email"..... At this point I have NO confidence that 1) My credit will recover (it used to be over 800) and 2) that I will ultimately be relieved of the time share obligation.

Awesome company.
Everyone at TC is very eager to help! Friendly and refreshing customer service. They do what they say they will done. Although I am still waiting to complete the process, all steps have gone just as they said they would go.

I had a Barclay credit card that was…
I had a Barclay credit card that was used to make a number of purchase and maintenance payments resulting in a high balance . Timeshare Compliance implied they would work to reduce the credit call bill as it seemed there was significant collusion between Wyndham and Barclay. Wyndham offered me a payoff that was significantly less than I paid Timeshare Compliance and the credit card bill was never addressed.Timeshare Compliance was provided with all credit card information and details of the settlement offer provided by Wyndham. The settlement offer was roughly 2.5 times less than I paid Timeshare Compliance but I honored my commitment!
