The process has taken too long. When we signed up we were told to give it a year but that has doubled. Status is always 'it's working' or there are many people trying to end their timeshares. Being in the timeshare does affect your borrowing power for mortgages, ect.

It's finally over! Timeshare Compliance did everything they promised. They explained everything, to my wife and i, about their whole process. Communication was a little far and in between, and cost was a little steep, but well worth it. Took about a year like they said. I would recommend them to anyone wanting out of their timeshare.

Both my wife and I have worked in the field of fraud investigations and are familiar with tactics utilized by companies Simply said we should have been aware we were about to be scammed, When we first agreed to purchase the timeshare, we were satisfied with the basic package. After purchasing the basic package we were invited to return to Las Vegas and look at upgrading our package. During one of our meetings we had thought about traveling to Hawaii. The salesman encouraged us to transfer our timeshare property from Las Vegas to Hawaii. According to the salesman, if we transferred our timeshare we would have preference over others to choose the dates. We soon found out the yearly maintenance fees in Hawaii were outrageous and every year they would increase. There are a number of other issues with upgrading the timeshare. We found ourselves almost making another mortgage payment. We were contacted by Timeshare Compliance. After speaking with the representative, we were very nervous about spending additional money to get out of the contract; fearing we were making another poor decision with out finances, The end result is we spent money to get out of our contact, but Timeshare Complacence, saved us from spending so much more than we would if we continued with the contract.
