After years of attempting to use my timeshare with negative results and having the feeling that I was going to be trapped in this situation for years, specifically having to pay high annual maintenance fees every year. At first I didn't believe that it was possible to get out of this timeshare but after talking with representative from TC and when they tell you how much it will cost to get you out, it might seem like a lot, but believe me when I tell you that this amount is a fraction of what you will pay over the years in maintenance fees. I felt from day one the communication between the representatives and the attorneys that handled the case was very professional and I received quick responses when needed. The process from me was much quicker than anticipated and I am thankful for their assistance in getting out of my timeshare

My wife and I had 2 Timeshares, yes 2. When we got the second one, they said they would help us get rid of the other Timeshare. They didn't. So to make this short, I saw this ad for Timeshare Compliance, gave them a call, and did as they requested. Took them longer to finish, but they did it. We are now out of both money robbing traps. Did you get roped into a timeshare? Can’t believe it happened, we were the same way, payed on it for a year, tried really hard to find a location that accommodates handicapped, they told us that almost all the places do, went through the entire book and I could not find any places that did. They made so many promises to us and for some reason, don’t know why or how, we believed them, it was like we sucked in. We saw the commercial for TS Compliance, we were sitting there amazed because every thing they were saying, was us, so we thought about it overnight and then we called and they explained the whole procedure to us, starting with them getting a letter that protected our credit, and I know everyone will love that, we did. TS Compliance did everything they said they would and we heard from them weekly, letting us know where the case was going. The best was when they called and said we won; we did not have to pay anymore. Thank you so much TS Compliance, you did everything you said you would and we won!!!!!

I'm still in the process of getting out of the timeshare with Marriott Vacation Club. Yes, folks have been helpful.

Timeshare compliance far exceeded our expectations. We bought, not just one, but two timeshares and in the beginning we were absolutely blown away at these high end resorts. Our family and friends were amazed at these locations and it truly added to the entire vacation experience. However, what failed to be captured during the buying experience, was how much money was spent on maintenance, resort, reservation, banking points, transferring/converting points fees! These fees added up over a 10 year time span, would have allowed me to buy multiple timeshares. Bottom line, you can take these lavish vacations and stay at the same resorts as long as you just put in the time and do your homework. Timeshare resorts hold onto a specific amount of inventory and release them on travel websites such as; Orbitz, Kayak, Expedia, etc. My wife and I cannot thank Timeshare Compliance enough for just how they have changed our lives. Getting us out from under this huge mistake was such a blessing. It will take sometime and you must remain calm and patient. If you have questions throughout the process, just send emails or call the customer service representatives. Everything was handled and we are out of the financial nightmare and my credit has flourished.

It took a few months, but when I got the call informing me my timeshare was cancelled, it was a huge relief. I am proof that Timeshare Compliance is a company you can trust.
